Interesting Facts

In the 1911 census of Frank, Alberta, there was a Joseph Payet, born France, 1882, single, occupation engineer for a coal company. Is it possible this is a brother or even Leon using another name? Joseph immigrated to Canada in 1906, I was unable to find him on a ship's manifest.
