Emil Chabillon was a brother of Leonce Chabillon, and brother-in-law of Frank Labonne, both of whom were also killed in the Hillcrest Mine Disaster.
Emil was on the same ship coming to Canada as his brother-in-law Alfred Salva who was also killed in the Hillcrest Mine Disaster.
