Thomas is buried in the Hillcrest cemetery, but not in the Mass Grave.

After the Hillcrest Mine Disaster

It would appear that Annie and the children remained in Canada but I couldn't find them in the 1916 census of Alberta. Perhaps they were living in British Columbia.
